Owner/ Director of Operations

Meet Jeff, our dedicated owner and Director of Operations here at DKI Saskatoon Disaster Services. With over a decade of experience, Jeff’s journey began in 2007 when he joined our team. He’s not just a skilled professional; he’s also a certified Water Remediation Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Asbestos Abatement Technician, Certified Esporta System Operator, Certified WHMIS Trainer, Certified Leader for Safety Excellence, and a Certified Construction Supervisor. Beyond his impressive qualifications, Jeff brings a personal touch to everything he does. He’s not just about getting the job done; he’s about ensuring that our clients feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

When he’s not on-site, you can find him enjoying quality time with his family or exploring the great outdoors, especially the Canadian Rockies.

Jordan Mills

Owner/ Vice President

Meet Jordan, our dynamic owner and Vice President at DKI Saskatoon Disaster Services.  Jordan has been an integral part of our team, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. With certifications in Odor Control, Water Damage, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Asbestos Worker Training, Certified Training in Xactimate, and even as a Commissionaire of Oaths, Jordan’s knowledge is as diverse as it is extensive. With over two decades of industry experience under his belt, Jordan isn’t just familiar with the ins and outs of disaster services; he’s mastered them. Beyond his professional accolades, Jordan is a personable leader who values connection and empathy.

When he’s not overseeing operations, you might find him travelling the world, exploring new destinations with his wife and two young sons.

Tyler Gaspers

Senior Construction Project Manager / Construction Estimator

Meet Tyler, our fantastic Senior Construction Project Manager and Construction Estimator at DKI Saskatoon Disaster Services. Tyler has been an essential part of our team since 2012, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for what he does. Beyond his impressive certifications in Certified Training in Xactimate, Commissionaire of Oaths, and Certified Asbestos Abatement Worker, Tyler has many interests outside of work. When he’s not busy overseeing projects, you’ll often find him perfecting his swing on the golf course.  He also enjoys spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes and improving his techniques. With over 15 years of industry experience under his belt, Tyler is a seasoned pro who knows how to get the job done right. His dedication to his craft, coupled with love for life, make him a muched valued member of our team.

Chandra Carleton

Restoration Project Manager

Meet Chandra, our vibrant Senior Restoration Project Manager at DKI Saskatoon Disaster Services. With over a decade of industry experience, Chandra brings a wealth of expertise and a warm, personal touch to every project she oversees.

Since joining our team in 2010, she has been dedicated to restoring homes and lives with compassion and professionalism. Beyond her certifications in Water Restoration, Mould Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Asbestos Abatement, Chandra is also Certified in CPR and First Aid, WHMIS Trained, and a Certified Incident Investigator.

When she’s not leading restoration projects, you can find Chandra hitting the ice, playing hockey, or enjoying the thrill of quadding and snowboarding in the great outdoors. With her loyal companion Duke by her side and her love for spending quality time with friends, Chandra embodies the perfect balance of dedication to her work and zest for life.

Her passion for restoration and genuine care for people make her an invaluable member of our team.

Lindsay Sereda

Purchaser/ Jr. Project Manager

Allow me to introduce Lindsay, our dedicated Employee Relations and Marketing Director here at DKI Saskatoon Disaster Services.  With a rich background spanning over a decade in the construction industry, with seven years specializing in insurance restoration.  Lindsay brings a depth of experience and a passion for fostering positive workplace dynamics. Certified in Business Communications, Organizational Change, and Human Resource Management, Lindsay is not only adept at navigating the complexities of the industry but also skilled in cultivating meaningful connections within our team. 

Lindsay is also a certified Mental Health First Aid provider, reflecting her commitment to supporting the well-being of our employees and fostering a culture of care and understanding. Her dedication to promoting mental health awareness underscores her compassionate approach to employee relations.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the great outdoors. Whether she’s busy sight-seeing across Canada, hiking in the Rockie Mountains with her family, or unwinding with a good book, Lindsay’s zest for life and dedication to excellence shine through in everything she does. Her leadership, combined with her genuine care for our team and our clients, makes her an invaluable asset to our organization.

Marvin Denysiuk

Site Safety Supervisor

Meet Marvin, our dedicated Safety Supervisor at DKI Saskatoon Disaster Services. With a heart as big as his smile, Marvin brings warmth and expertise to our team. As a father of three and a proud grandfather of five, family is at the center of everything he does. When he’s not ensuring the safety and well-being of our team, you can find Marvin soaking up the beauty of nature, whether it’s camping under the stars or spending blissful days at the lake with loved ones.

Marvin’s extensive experience spans an impressive 25 years in the industry, where he has honed his skills and earned certifications in Water Restoration, Asbestos Abatement, and CPR/First Aid. As a Certified Leader in Safety Excellence and a Core Safety Auditor, Marvin’s commitment to safety is unmatched, ensuring that our workplace is not only compliant but also a place where everyone feels secure and valued.

Beyond his professional achievements, Marvin also serves as a Commisionaire Of Oaths, adding another layer of trust and reliability to his role. With his positive outlook and genuine care for those around him, Marvin is more than just our Safety Supervisor—he’s a beacon of light and positivity in our workplace, inspiring us all to strive for excellence and embrace each day with joy.
